The position reports to the Property Manager and works closely with the Regional Maintenance Supervisor on daily priorities, resident service, unit turns, vendors, expenses, and property concerns. • Working knowledge of HVAC and appliance repair, plumbing, electrical systems, painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry, locks, pools or spas, roofs, and life safety equipment.
