Overview: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventable maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to all production equipment and assist with facility maintenance, which includes pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical and PLCs while maintaining a safe working environment. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, wrapping machines, natural gas fired furnaces, gas fryers, dough mixers, batching and scaling systems, boilers, freezers and Conveyor systems etc.
