Monitor and act on KPIs—including preventive maintenance completion, emergency response, training, overtime, spending, compliance actions, and service delivery—and partner with Production, Laboratories, Utilities, Engineering, Quality, Safety, Purchasing, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve equipment and documentation issues and meet customer needs. Strong working knowledge of SAP, performance metrics, planning tools, and maintenance systems, plus experience managing contractors, budgets, capital and expense plans, and customer service priorities in a safe, compliant manufacturing environment; prior department experience is preferred.
