Performs minor and routine painting of walls, doors and other surfaces, both indoors and outdoors; light to moderate repairs involving plumbing, electrical wiring, roof repair, light to moderate carpentry; replacing locks and glass; moves lighting fixtures and replaces bulbs and ballast; replaces air conditioner filters; checks, lubricates, cleans, and performs minor repairs to equipment and machines; and performs light assembly work. Assists in removal and destruction of designated bank records; removes dirt, debris, snow and ice from sidewalks, parking lots and drives; mows grass, trims shrubs, cleans and maintains landscaped areas and flower beds.
