EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: • HS Diploma/GED required • Associated degree or Technical Certification in related field preferred • 3-5 years of food manufacturing maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred • 18 years of age or older • Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem-solving skills • Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.
