Perform basic, high-frequency preventive maintenance tasks (e.g., lubrication, visual inspections, filter changes, belt tension checks) contributing to an effective, predictive, and preventative maintenance program (including adjustments, repair, and modification of equipment) to improve production efficiency and ensure optimum machine time availability. Working under the guidance of experienced Maintenance Technicians and the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Apprentice will collaborate with Operators, Line Leads, Production, and Quality to support reliable equipment performance, minimize downtime, and promote safe and efficient production.
