Work collaboratively with regional support teams and central business support departments to drive operational excellence across Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, Supply Chain, Marketing, People Operations, and the broader Operations teams. In partnership with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO), manage practice fiscal operations, including accounting, budget planning, authorizing expenditures, and coordinating financial reporting to ensure the practice meets or exceeds annual revenue and EBITDA targets.
