The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, has previous maintenance experience, and is comfortable handling a variety of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general facility repair tasks while supporting daily maintenance operations. This position combines hands-on building and equipment maintenance with local driving responsibilities, including picking up and delivering parts, materials, and supplies using a company vehicle.
