Disassembles, overhauls and repairs packing equipment such as T-dump, reefers, sizer, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and puree equipment such as T-dump, slicer, mixers, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, and reassembles same. The Lead Plant Maintenance Worker is responsible, under limited supervision, with some scope of independent judgment, planning, and laying out of work details, works from drawings, sketches, and oral instructions.
