Lab management: Coordinate laboratory operations in collaboration with Facilities, EHS, Lab Managers, and scientific teams, including equipment maintenance, vendor coordination, laboratory compliance activities, and space management support. Contract lifecycle management: Manage contract and agreement workflows by partnering with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and external vendors to initiate, track, maintain, and renew contracts, statements of work, purchase orders, and related documents.
