Compensation Range:$70,000 to $80,000 based on experienceQualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:* Must have 1-3 years of related experience in F&B management* College degree preferred* Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint* Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws* Must have food and beverage, à la carte, and banquet experience* Must have proven management experience* Must have strong business aptitude* Must have strong service orientation* Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills* Must be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented* Must have exceptional interpersonal skillsResponsibilities:* Daily management of Front of House F&B Department.* Assists General Manager with banquet and event sales.* Ensures satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions, or special requests; assists banquet staff throughout the event as needed (refilling drinks, delivering food, bussing tables, etc.); and follows up with host or hostess at the conclusion of the event.*
