Reporting to the Director of Retail Planning, this role leads the retail planning cadence, owns critical business reporting and analysis, and partners across Retail Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and other functions to align bottom-up plans with enterprise objectives. ROLE SUMMARY: The Retail Planning Manager is a strategic leader within Trulieve Retail Operations, responsible for translating sales, inventory, customer, and market data into forward-looking plans that drive revenue growth, gross margin performance, and inventory productivity.
