Preferred experience/skills: • Extensive experience with alternative investment structures, including master-feeder, parallel funds, blocker entities, and complex multi-vehicle arrangements • Alternative investment operations experience • Alternative funds audit experience • Alternative investment fund taxation, including understanding of tax treatment, federal and state fund filings. In this role, the Manager will provide leadership and oversight across alternative investment product initiatives, partnering closely with the Multi-Asset Research and Solutions Group, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and external managers to ensure alternative investment products are efficiently delivered, accurately supported across systems, and governed by strong controls.
