Serve as SAP Business Platform Owner, partnering with the Manager, Enterprise Technical Operations (Technical Platform Owner) to steward SAP as an enterprise platform - including strategy, roadmap, evergreen platform evolution, demand, and continuous improvement. Lead and develop a high-performing team of business process and solution professionals spanning internal staff, staff augmentation resources, and AMS partners, providing mentorship, stretch opportunities, and continuous learning to grow individual and team capability.
