The Senior Sourcing Manager will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Finance, Product Management, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align supplier capability, capacity, cost, quality, lead time, and risk with business needs. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, negotiating commercial agreements, strengthening the supplier base, improving cost and delivery performance, and ensuring reliable supply across a complex, high-SKU manufacturing environment.
