RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Vice President, Technology Governance & Business Engagement, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will: Executive partnership and communication: Support the CTO in maintaining strong partnerships with business and clinical executives; clarify needs, outcomes, risks, and tradeoffs; and ensure coordinated, timely communication and meaningful feedback between Technology Services, enterprise leaders, and operational teams. Growth and integration: Coordinate business engagement and technology governance for authorized affiliations, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations; work with Technology Services leaders to assess technical needs and provide executive leaders and governance bodies with clear assessments of risks, costs, dependencies, readiness, and transition options.
