The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for all contractual responsibilities on the construction project including client communication, schedule, deliveries, documentation, document control, cost control, contract change orders, supplier, and subcontractor management and coordination onsite. Responsible for the contractual relationship with erector, if under our scope, including writing and maintaining of the erector Binder Agreement, reviewing, and writing change orders, and understanding and reviewing back charges, as well as the oversight of coordination onsite.
