In this role, you will lead administrative, sales, and technical staff, manage daily lab operations, and own the division's financial performance, from budgets and pricing to gross profit and growth. Implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures with corporate leadership, lead team huddles and meetings, participate in executive meetings, and champion continuous improvement.
