Supervises a small team of technicians and drivers performing industrial cleaning, environmental services, and emergency spill response, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste cleanup, confined space entry, tank cleaning, and site remediation. Leads by example, actively participating in physically demanding fieldwork, including operating vacuum hoses, lifting heavy equipment, and working in extreme weather conditions, while wearing appropriate PPE.
