Overview: The Senior Product Manager, Work Vehicle Solutions, is responsible for deeply understanding end users, customers, channels, and the work they need to accomplish; identifying unmet needs, pain points, and barriers; and translating those insights into differentiated products, service, application, and commercial solutions. The Senior Product Manager must be able to convert customer insight into clear requirements and executable solutions, move complex initiatives from idea to implementation, balance transformational projects with ongoing customer and business needs, and maintain accountability for scope, timing, readiness, financial performance, customer experience, service, and market adoption.
