The Energy Programs Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for HEAR and appliance replacement activities and works closely with Weatherization staff, program coordinators, contractors, and funding partners to improve energy efficiency, health, and safety for low-income households. This position identifies opportunities to improve household energy efficiency, determines program eligibility, collects field data, develops work orders, coordinates services with contractors and vendors, and ensures compliance with federal, state, utility, and agency program requirements.
