Leveraging data, analytics, and defined performance metrics, the Manager identifies anomalies, processing errors, and trend drivers, translating insights and benchmarking into capacity planning, service model refinement, and targeted improvement initiatives while advising senior leadership on emerging risks and control gaps. The role defines and executes the operational strategy for BA billing in alignment with Order to Cash (OTC) and finance priorities, overseeing invoice readiness, contract interpretation in partnership with Contracts/Legal, billing schedules, and period-end performance to safeguard revenue recognition and cash flow integrity.
