Major duties include, but are not limited to the following: Collects, validates, aggregates, trends, and analyzes workload, staffing, access, patient-flow, resource-utilization, productivity, documentation, and other operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas requiring management attention. The purpose of this position is to provide developmental-level management and program analysis support to Surgical Service by collecting and analyzing routine operational data, preparing reports, coordinating administrative activities, and assisting with established program, compliance, workforce, and workflow processes.
