This Technical Maintenance Manager position works in our Sidney, OH facility, producing Mama Rosa's pizza, and is responsible for overseeing facility-wide production and packaging maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, equipment repair/rebuild, electrical, and equipment noise control. - Responsible for the effective utilization of employees, skills development, mechanical downtime, equipment effectiveness, housekeeping, safety, policy administration, discipline, employee relations, cost control and problem solving while ensuring budgeted performance is monitored and compliant.
