Responsibilities include running breaks for teachers, filling in for classrooms when teachers call off, closing and/or opening the building, collecting payments from parents, utilizing The Learning Experience proprietary software to clock children in and out of care, creating promotional materials, maintaining the school's database, answering phones, liaising with teachers and staff, providing coverage in the classroom and supporting the Head of School as needed. Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development.
