Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters).p>The RN Service Coordinator-RN (RN-SC) contributes to the Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) service coordination process by performing activities within the scope of licensure; provides supervision and direction to staff participating in Member’s cases following applicable state law and contract; develops, monitors, evaluates, and revises the Members’ care plans to meet Member’s needs, to optimize health care across the care continuum to enhance the Member's well-being, independence, integration in the community, and potential for productivity. Responsible for the coordination of STAR+PLUS Members' covered and non-capitated services, including acute and LTSS, while meeting the Member's physical, behavioral, functional, and psychosocial needs. li>The Injury Prevention Specialist will be expected to proactively analyze tasks for potential ergonomic and safety issues, perform biomechanical and ergonomic assessments, provide first aid care to injured employees, and execute other Client's injury prevention activities. Must have a valid card evidencing successful completion of a CPR course at the Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider level (American Heart Association) or Professional Rescuer (client). p>As a Database Administrator supporting database migration and DevOps initiatives, you will focus on project delivery and support by deploying and configuring database solutions according to defined specifications. This role also includes administering existing database systems to ensure performance, availability, and reliability across production, staging, UAT, development, and test environments. strong>What Success Looks Like- You bring the discipline to work through a daily content queue accurately and efficiently, and the initiative to improve the process over time. Key Responsibilities
- Review and make daily approval and rejection decisions on user-submitted video content based on established content guidelines.
In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance. Must learn and comply with System and facility safety policies and rules; must use appropriate safety equipment and procedures at all times; must immediately report all unsafe conditions to supervisors; must be familiar with all safety features of equipment, tools or materials encompassed by job duties; and must check with supervisors (prior to job performance) if there is a question as to the safe procedure to be used for any job function. |
