Responsibilities: • Manage underground utility projects from startup through completion• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications• Manage project budgets, costs, and forecasting• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, equipment, and materials• Work closely with field crews, superintendents, and ownership• Maintain project timelines and ensure successful execution in the field. Requirements: • Minimum 2–3 years of underground utility / wet utility experience• Previous Project Management experience required• Strong understanding of water, wastewater, and underground pipeline construction• Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
