Instructors are needed in a variety of leadership and management content areas including civic & community engagement, conflict management, communication skills, customer service, decision-making, emotional intelligence, innovation, knowledge management, leadership, organizational change, performance management, process improvement, public policy, strategic planning, team building, trust and wellbeing. Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field to the content area, or a bachelor's degree in a related field to the content area and have five or more years of work experience related to specific area of instruction.
