The Analyst manages a portfolio of multifamily loan consent requests from application through consent closeout by coordinating documentation, reviewing borrower submissions, supporting Asset Managers, and ensuring compliance with loan documents, investor requirements, and internal policies. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred, or one (1) or more years of experience in commercial real estate, banking, loan servicing, or a related industry.
