As a Surface Warfare Analyst, you’ll bring your full range of knowledge and experience in leadership, integration of shipboard systems, operational and tactical maritime warfare, command and control, maintenance and modernization, Navy training systems, installation management and managing people, policies, training, logistics, and shipboard material readiness to work alongside thought leaders in analytics and digital solutions to improve surface ship readiness. 14+ years of experience in Surface Warfare or DoD government or defense industry, including as an afloat Department Head or Principal Assistance such as a Chief Engineer, Damage Control Assistant, Main Propulsion Assistant, Ship's Maintenance and Materiel Officer, or as an Engineering Duty Officer.
