Reporting to the Director of Digital Channel Enablement, this individual will serve as the operational leader and strategic partner for eCommerce initiatives — owning execution across digital platforms, merchandising, analytics, customer experience, and enterprise-wide projects that impact online sales performance. This is a highly visible leadership role that sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, and is critical to scaling Dexter’s digital commerce capabilities and revenue growth.
