You'll be a Player first, working hands-on with our buildings and grounds, troubleshooting problems, performing appropriate repairs and maintenance yourself, and bringing in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, and other skilled-trade partners when specialized expertise is needed. We're looking for someone with enough hands-on building knowledge to troubleshoot problems, handle appropriate repairs personally, recognize when specialized expertise is needed, clearly explain or scope the work, and verify that it was completed correctly.
