This position will serve as a key interface between our customers, field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, overseeing project administration from submittals and procurement through project completion while helping ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multifamily/apartment construction projects, along with strong knowledge of submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, subcontractor coordination, project budgets, procurement, and construction documentation.
