This position also plays an important role in business development and sales, including identifying potential customers, following up on leads, developing local business relationships, providing facility tours, assisting with pricing and proposals, and helping secure new warehousing and logistics business. Coordinate preventative maintenance and necessary repairs for the building, dock equipment, forklifts, refrigeration equipment, doors, lighting, security systems, and other facility equipment, working with contractors and vendors when outside maintenance or repairs are required.
