Job Details We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the reliability, repair, and preventative maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while minimizing downtime and supporting production uptime goals. Responsibilities · Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment · Troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatics · Diagnose electrical controls including sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, and basic PLC-related issues · Support maintenance and repair of CNC machinery, machining centers, grinders, lathes, and related production equipment · Conduct root cause troubleshooting and implement long-term corrective actions · Perform machine setup support, alignments, lubrication, and precision adjustments · Respond to equipment breakdowns and support emergency repairs as needed · Complete work orders and document maintenance activities in CMMS or maintenance logs · Assist with continuous improvement, equipment upgrades, and reliability initiatives · Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout and OSHA standards Required Experience · 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment · Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills · Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, and power transmission · Working knowledge of industrial controls, sensors, VFDs, and basic PLC troubleshooting · Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals · Experience with preventative maintenance programs and root cause analysis · Welding and fabrication experience is a plus · Machining, corrugated, converting, or CNC equipment experience is a plus Interested in hearing more? The Engineering Support Technician - 3 works independently throughout the manufacturing plants to analyze, modify, and build machines, tools, fixtures, jigs, templates, and guards. This role collaborates with other technicians, tool room personnel, engineers, department managers, and operators during the analysis and implementation phases of various projects.

The Engineering Support Technician - 3 works independently throughout the manufacturing plants to analyze, modify, and build machines, tools, fixtures, jigs, templates, and guards. This role collaborates with other technicians, tool room personnel, engineers, department managers, and operators during the analysis and implementation phases of various projects.Requirements:<ul><li>Strong computer, mechanical and math aptitude.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints.</li><li>Time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work with internal and external customers.</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate respectfully in a team setting.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Manufacturing experience preferred.</li><li>Training experience preferred.</li><li>Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.</li></ul>Training & Schedule:<ul><li>Training timeline for this position is up to 12 weeks or more.</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including overtime as needed.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Analyze, modify, and build machines, tools, fixtures, jigs, templates, and guards.</li><li>Analyze and implement engineering projects.</li><li>Troubleshoot engineering and maintenance issues.</li><li>Maintain a valid powered industrial vehicle (PIV) license if applicable.</li><li>Lead project teams and participate in process improvement workshops.</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including overtime as needed.</li><li>Comply with all safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.</li><li>Rotate to other positions as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>
