Requirements: • Bachelors Degree • TEN (10) or more years of experience in managing AdvM programs, in AdvM techniques (e.g., additive, subtractive, etc.) or working knowledge of DoW AdvM practices and environments • Ability to apply engineering principles to resolve system-level issues and implement preventive mechanisms (procedures, documentation, training) • Proven ability to collaborate across stakeholders, combining technical analysis and business acumen to anticipate needs and design new systems/processes • Experience managing business strategy / mission alignment and technology solutions in complex environments • Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis, linking business strategy to performance • A team-oriented mindset with flexibility and commitment to client success • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The Advanced Manufacturing Technical Specialist position is for an Associate Director that will join other advisory consultants and subject matter experts for Guidehouse AdvM capabilities, which includes research, development, and pilot demonstration for technologies that cover smart manufacturing, additive manufacturing, composites, highly conductive materials, cyber security for manufacturing, and materials for harsh service conditions.
