Within the first year, this engineer will become a reliable contributor to sustaining engineering activities by helping resolve technical issues, support PCBA changes, manage component transitions, improve documentation, and help ensure ongoing production continuity for Quantum tape automation platforms. Collaborate with quality, sourcing, service, product engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure continued product performance and manufacturability.
