Key Responsibilities

<ul><li><br/>Perform advanced preventative and corrective maintenance on <strong>electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems</strong>.<br/></li><li><br/><strong>Troubleshoot electrical systems confidently</strong>, including motors, sensors, VFDs, control panels, and production equipment.<br/></li><li><br/>Diagnose and repair <strong>pumps, conveyance systems, boilers, compressors, and other process equipment</strong> commonly found in food manufacturing.<br/></li><li><br/>Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly and accurately to minimize downtime.<br/></li><li><br/>Support predictive maintenance efforts using tools such as thermal imaging, vibration analysis, and ultrasonic testing.<br/></li><li><br/>Fabricate, repair, and modify parts using welding, cutting, and shop equipment.<br/></li><li><br/>Follow all safety procedures including LOTO, confined space, hot work, and food safety requirements.<br/></li><li><br/>Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency.<br/></li><li><br/>Accurately document maintenance work, repairs, and inspections in the CMMS.<br/></li><li><br/>Assist with training operators and junior maintenance staff as needed.<br/></li></ul>

Required Qualifications
