Production Operator perform a variety of routine tasks in support of manufacturing. Primary function of this position includes material/product handling and providing Manufacturing and Quality Assurance support. The work is fast-paced. Key Responsibilities

<ul><li> Perform advanced preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems. </li><li> Troubleshoot electrical systems confidently, including motors, sensors, VFDs, control panels, and production equipment. </li><li> Diagnose and repair pumps, conveyance systems, boilers, compressors, and other process equipment commonly found in food manufacturing. </li><li> Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly and accurately to minimize downtime. </li><li> Support predictive maintenance efforts using tools such as thermal imaging, vibration analysis, and ultrasonic testing. </li><li> Fabricate, repair, and modify parts using welding, cutting, and shop equipment. </li><li> Follow all safety procedures including LOTO, confined space, hot work, and food safety requirements. </li><li> Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency. </li><li> Accurately document maintenance work, repairs, and inspections in the CMMS. </li><li> Assist with training operators and junior maintenance staff as needed. </li></ul>

Required Qualifications

<ul><li> High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification strongly preferred. </li><li> Minimum 35 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. </li><li> Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting ability is required (this role will not be a fit for candidates with primarily mechanical-only experience). </li><li> Proven experience working with pumps, conveyors, boilers, motors, and production processing equipment. </li><li> Welding and fabrication experience required. </li><li> Ability to troubleshoot independently, communicate clearly, and work confidently in a fast-paced production setting. </li><li> Strong safety mindset and adherence to GMP and facility procedures. </li></ul>
