Partners with Manufacturing Technology Engineers, Operations, Quality, Research and Development, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support continuous improvement and project qualification initiatives focused on safety, quality, yield, cycle time, and cost performance. The role promotes effective use of capital, qualification, and change management processes and best practices across the FilmTec business to reduce cycle time, lower costs, improve product quality, and strengthen continuous improvement.
