The Supervisor, Manufacturing – DAP owns the shift-level execution of the DAP Line Operation - its people, resources, and schedule - directing staff and equipment to deliver production, quality, cost, and safety commitments set for the operation under the PET (Process Execution Team) operating strategy, and coordinating with MSAT, Engineering, and Quality so the operation's deliverables meet site production and quality commitments. Specific visual skills, including extensive reading or computer use, normal color vision, depth perception, and visual acuity; and specific hearing requirements, including interpreting sounds at volume levels consistent with interpersonal or group conversations, interpreting letters and numbers viewed on a computer screen, monitor, reports, and other documents, and identifying and distinguishing colors; Ability to pass eye exam during onboarding.
