This individual should have a strong background in continuous improvement methodology, such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, etc, in order to: drive process improvement and team development through the implementation of The Magnum Ice Cream Company techniques; establish a world class manufacturing environment in which employees have a framework of operating systems based on the methodology that guide their way of working; coordinate and/or conduct training based on the processes; and foster a cultural change towards self-directed teams.
