Plan, configure, and manage all aspects of the License application and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 licenses in our portfolio, including health of the portfolio, version/release management, change control, lifecycle planning, technology state management, workload management, consumption management and capacity demand management. The Client Productivity Applications team is responsible for the configuration, deployment and support of a core suite of applications and tools, including Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Copilot and Adobe Creative Cloud, which are used across the enterprise at a global scale.
