Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate across shops and part families to lead or support special projects, including developing business cases, conducting due diligence for business development, integrating new sites and ERPs, and spearheading IM-level cross-functional initiatives. In addition to FP&A responsibilities, a critical part of this role is directly supporting special projects across the IMAT Shops, including, but not limited to Business Development opportunities, key acquisition integrations, ERP implementation projects, and various other IMAT-level strategic initiatives.
