Responsibilities include operating injection molding machines, conducting quality checks, ensuring good housekeeping and other secondary work as required. The desirable candidate must be able to work with others in a fast-paced environment, have a strong work ethic and high attention to detail.II. Performance Criteria:<ul><li>Plastic molding injection knowledge through completion of Routsis courses</li><li>Completion of monthly safety modules each month</li><li>Shows proficiency in cell setup, recording product counts, rejects, and scraps</li><li>Shows proficiency in IMM troubleshooting and progress in injection molding aptitude</li></ul>V. Qualifications:<ul><li>Per requirements in our ITAR-regulated government contract, this position is restricted to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, and refugees) due to the need to access controlled technology.
