Build and maintain strong relationships with millroom leadership, millroom associates, and all support groups to gain the confirmation and support necessary for success in the following responsibilities: Identify, develop, and lead projects to optimize millroom processes (trimming, no grind, robotic grinding, etc). Root cause analysis / problem solving training including understanding and the ability to utilize problem-solving tools and mistake/error proofing tools such as FMEA, Poka Yoke, Defect Analysis, 5 Whys, Red "X", etc.
