The Senior Scientist will partner closely with CMC functions including Analytical Development, Process Development, Quality and the GMP manufacturing facility to ensure seamless material delivery, technical readiness, operational excellence, and robust transfer of product and process knowledge across the manufacturing network. Non-exempt employees, RayzeBio employees, and employees located in Puerto Rico receive 160 hours of paid vacation annually for new hires (subject to manager approval), 11 paid company holidays, and 3 optional holidays.
