Utilizes key mechanical design and manufacturing principles, such as Statics, Dynamics, Mechanical Design, Thermodynamics, Materials and Heat Transfer to effectively make decisions impacting product quality, delivery and cost.
This role drives operational excellence by improving delivery and cost performance, while supporting new product introductions and scaling production capabilities. Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes (assembly, production, inspection, etc.) a plus, especially those with ISO9001/AS9100 certifications.
