p>Main Responsibilities: • Lead the specification, development, and validation of manufacturing tests • Drive test yield improvement and defect reduction through test coverage, data analysis and root cause investigation • Own test hardware and software from concept through production release and sustaining • Develop test documentation including test plans and procedures • Interface with contract manufacturers and vendors to ensure test capability, scalability, and consistency • Communicate lessons learned to greater Hardware and partner engineering teams to improve the product and its manufacturability, quality, and reliability.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or production test engineering • Strong experience with test design and development • Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, C/C++, LabVIEW, TestStand) • Solid understanding of mechatronic systems • Experience with statistical analysis, yield monitoring, and SPC tools • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues in a production environment • CAD experience and fixture design • Test framework design and deployment.
