Specifically, this role will provide critical technical and hands-on support for Solid Rocket Motor (SRM) development and production, support for various other composite windings, conventional radome composite layups, and support to include Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) V-tail development and production. Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a direct link between the shop floor, Manufacturing Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Operations to resolve day-to-day build challenges, document non-conformances, and keep programs on cost and schedule.
